Join us for an immersive introduction into making simple, living bread at our Shunem Bread House. Using rare, organic heritage grains and pre-industrial techniques, you will experience making your own loaf to enjoy. All necessary ingredients are included, complete with heritage grains and mature sourdough starter that is yours to take, feed, and make your own loaves at home for years to come. This workshop is educational, edifying and complete with wine tasting as we work.
